Professionals Program

Kolpia Counseling Services offers a Business and Healthcare Professionals Program in our Ashland location. This program offers comprehensive diagnostic screening for substance abuse or mental health issues by licensed clinicians. If the screening indicates a need for treatment, we are able to develop an individualized treatment plan. Treatment options include a professionals group therapy session and individualized and family counseling sessions.

This program is appropriate for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, realtors, teachers, business owners and all other professionals within the community. Referrals include monitoring programs, Employee Assistance Programs, employers or self-referred individuals. Kolpia practices a strengths-based approach to treatment focusing on motivational interviewing techniques and stages of change.

We understand that approaching a substance abuse or mental health problem as a professional is difficult. Kolpia maintains confidentiality of all client information. We do not have contact with any individual unless there is a signed written release, by the client, giving us permission to have contact.

We have 24-hour on-call staff to assist you. We can provide consultations in both our Medford and Ashland offices as well as phone consultations.
