Kolpia
Counseling Services offers a Business and Healthcare
Professionals Program in our Ashland location. This
program offers comprehensive diagnostic screening for substance
abuse or mental health issues by licensed clinicians. If
the screening indicates a need for treatment, we are able
to develop an individualized treatment plan. Treatment options
include a professionals group therapy session and individualized
and family counseling sessions. |

This
program is appropriate for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, realtors,
teachers, business owners and all other professionals within the
community. Referrals include monitoring programs, Employee
Assistance Programs, employers or self-referred individuals.
Kolpia practices a strengths-based approach to treatment focusing
on motivational interviewing techniques and stages of change.
We
understand that approaching a substance abuse or mental health
problem as a professional is difficult. Kolpia maintains confidentiality
of all client information. We do not have contact with any individual
unless there is a signed written release, by the client, giving
us permission to have contact. We have 24-hour on-call staff to
assist you. We can provide consultations in both our Medford and
Ashland offices as well as phone consultations.
